Statement of the Committee of Rehabilitation, Physical Culture and Social Integration of the Polish Academy of Sciences on the treatment of focal spasticity with botulinum toxin type A

The Committee of Rehabilitation, Physical Culture and Social Integration draws attention to the need to increase the availability of reimbursed treatment with botulinum toxin type A injections (BoNT-A, botulinum neurotoxin type A) in order to enable comprehensive therapy of focal spasticity, regardless of its etiology.
